We implement tokenized invitation links to prevent unauthorized access, maintain comprehensive audit logs for compliance tracking, and ensure complete data isolation between companies in our multi-tenant architecture. Where is customer data stored?

All data is stored in secure, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with redundancy and backup systems. Document storage uses encrypted S3 buckets, while structured data is stored in managed databases with automatic backups. We ensure data residency compliance and can accommodate specific regional storage requirements for UAE-based businesses.

Is the platform compliant with UAE regulations?

Yes, our platform is designed to support UAE KYC compliance requirements for DNFBPs (Designated Non-Financial Businesses and Professions). The system collects all mandatory customer information required by UAE regulations, generates audit trails for regulatory inspections, and stores documents securely. However, please note that this platform focuses on customer data collection and management. For sanctions screening and GoAML reporting, you may need to integrate with specialized AML compliance software.

Can we integrate with GoAML?

Currently, our platform specializes in customer-facing KYC data collection and document management. For GoAML reporting and sanctions screening, we recommend using this platform alongside specialized AML compliance software (such as InfoAML or similar providers). The collected KYC data can be exported and integrated into your existing compliance workflow. Custom API integrations are available with our Enterprise plan.

How long does implementation take?

Implementation typically takes 3-5 business days. This includes platform deployment, company branding configuration (logo, colors, contact information), staff training on the admin dashboard and customer invitation workflow, and testing with sample KYC submissions. The setup fee (AED 3,500) covers all deployment, configuration, and training activities. You can start inviting customers immediately after setup is complete.

Do customers need to create accounts?

No, customers do not need to create accounts. They receive a secure, tokenized invitation link via email that provides direct access to the KYC form. After submitting their information, they can bookmark the same link to check their submission status, download approved PDFs for signing, and upload signed documents—all without requiring login credentials. This streamlined approach reduces friction and improves completion rates.

Can we customize the KYC form fields?

The standard platform includes a comprehensive KYC form based on UAE regulatory requirements, covering personal details, business experience, and document uploads (Trade License, Emirates ID, Passport). Custom form fields or workflow modifications are available on request as an add-on service. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements, and we'll provide a quote for custom development.
